Go To Track Tool

Use the Go to Track tool to move records to another track so that they can then be allocated another action/tactic.

Procedure

Do one of the following:

• Add it into the action node to a tool, for example If Branch or Split
• Drag the tool to the end of a track so that any recipients will be moved on and not left stranded in the track.

The drop-down list is populated with all the other tracks that have been set up for the campaign. Simply select the required track and when the campaign is processed, recipients will be moved automatically at the point that the tool is implemented.
